Clearview Dermatology Clinic

Infusion Architects is providing architectural and engineering services for the Clearview Dermatology Clinic, a new 10,000 square foot single-story medical facility in Broomfield, Colorado. The project encompasses a two-building site plan that includes the Clearview Clinic alongside a future spec or build-to-suit building, requiring coordination through both building permitting and site plan review with the City of Broomfield. A prominent front entry design floods the waiting room with natural daylight, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients from the moment they walk through the door. Our team is managing the full scope of work across three phases, including a lot line adjustment as part of the site plan review process.

The Clearview project reflects our experience delivering purpose-built healthcare environments that balance clinical functionality with thoughtful design. The emphasis on daylight and an inviting entry sequence speaks to our belief that good architecture can ease the patient experience, not just house it.
