Chad Arthur

Chad Arthur AIA Assoc

Associate Principal

For almost two decades, Chad has kept his nose out in front of technology to learn how it can be managed to deliver design in a leaner, well-coordinated, and constructible set of drawings.

Chad Arthur built on his love of Legos and strength in mathematics by obtaining a B.S. in Architectural Engineering at the University of Wyoming, where he also received his commission in the U.S. Army. After the Army, he got back into architecture and his childhood dreams. Chad enjoys leaning over the cutting edge of technology and following the trends of Building Information Modeling (BIM), and he describes himself as one who enjoys the challenges of solving the difficult details that no one else wants to.

Chad lives in Loveland with his wife, Shannon, where they raised their five children. Away from the office, he can be found hiking and climbing above tree lines or tooling around the garage on another wood craft project.
