Joe Ashcraft, Sr. Healthcare Architect, brings over two decades of dedicated experience focused almost exclusively on medical projects. He is an ACHA Accredited professional with an extensive healthcare portfolio that includes hospitals, surgery centers, and outpatient clinics. Joe views healthcare design as a calling, driven by a passion to create spaces that empower healthcare professionals and provide warm, comforting healing environments for patients and staff. He adds significant value through his expertise in healthcare codes and understanding the practical flow of medical spaces, drawn from seeing what works and doesn’t over many years. Joe brings an innovative, forward-thinking approach, constantly seeking opportunities for greater efficiencies and new models of care that can save clients time and money. Known for his meticulous QA/QC regarding complex healthcare regulations, he believes setting a project up correctly from the start is paramount to success. His process involves working closely with clients from the very beginning to deeply understand their fundamental “why” and uncover possibilities.
