4th & Garfield Mix-Use Retail Office

The 4th & Garfield Mixed-Used development is a three-story commercial building at the northeast corner of 4th Street and Garfield Avenue in downtown Loveland. When complete, the project will encompass 5,100 SF of retail space on the first floor and office space on the two floors above.
