CHCCC – PACE

We’re proud to share the transformation of an existing office building into CHCCC’s new PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) facility on South Blosser Road in Santa Maria, California.

In collaboration with our interior design partner, Salt Design, this thoughtfully designed space combines a full-service clinic, physical therapy areas, administrative offices, and a range of wellness-focused amenities. Highlights include a commercial kitchen, dining and activity spaces serving 200–300 participants, sensory rooms, behavioral health areas, and inviting social environments that foster community, comfort, and connection.

Exterior upgrades feature a raised entry galleria that introduces abundant natural light into key activity areas, creating a warm and welcoming first impression while enhancing both the functionality and aesthetic of the building.
