Copperleaf Apartments is a 94-unit multi-family project in Fort Collins, CO. The project is made up of two three-story buildings and one two-story building and encompasses a total of 73,542 SF. Wood framing over a concrete slab-on-grade was used for the garden-style apartments. The exterior boasts wood siding and stone veneer finishings while the units feature high-end options and individual balcones. Residents enjoy an on-site dog park and fitness center.
