ETC Contracting Headquarters

Infusion Architects designed a 3,800 SF office headquarters for ETC Contracting, LLC, a commercial general contractor based in Timnath, Colorado. The building draws from the agricultural structures common to the area, with a barn-inspired form that fits naturally into the Northern Colorado landscape. The design balances open collaborative areas with functional office space, giving a growing construction company room to work and room to expand.

ETC wanted a building that reflected both the character of Timnath and the hands-on nature of their business. Infusion worked closely with the team to shape a design that feels grounded and honest, with durable materials and a straightforward layout suited to the daily rhythm of a construction office. The result is a building that looks and feels like it belongs exactly where it sits.
