Fairway Apartments

The Fairway Apartments is a multi-family development located on 11 acres in Fort Collins, Colorado. The project includes eight apartment buildings, eight garage buildings totaling 60 individual garage units, a clubhouse, a mail kiosk, and a range of resident amenities. Infusion Architects worked with the development team to create a community that takes advantage of the generous site, organizing buildings and shared spaces in a way that gives residents both convenience and a sense of neighborhood. The layout balances density with openness, leaving room for landscaping and outdoor areas that connect the buildings rather than crowd them together.
