The two retail tenant finish projects, Huckleberry Roasters and The Perfect Petal, are both inside Denver’s mixed-use micro-district redevelopment, Dairy Block. Huckleberry Roasters is a coffee shop that also serves an assortment of toast and waffles. The Perfect Petal offers fresh floral arrangements and is the local business’ second location.
