Independent Financial Cherry Creek

The project was a 11,300 sf, three-story renovation to an existing bank branch and administration offices in Denver, CO.  The scope included modernizing the existing exterior building façade, replacing all exterior glazing, and refinishing the interior spaces to meet the bank’s latest branding standards.  Offices were given new acoustic features, new frameless glass partitions, furniture was replaced and the team worked closely together to phase the renovation to ensure continuous operation of the bank branch during construction.  The renovated bank branch completed its final stage of construction in Dec 2023.
