Independent Financial Greeley

The project was a 5,000 sf, single story tenant finish for a new bank branch in Greeley, CO.  The scope included working concurrently with the Core and Shell Owner to coordinate interior and exterior improvements to the leased unit for compliance with the bank’s branding standards while the existing building was being converted into a multi-tenant retail building.  The new bank branch opened for business in Fall 2023.
