The Landmark Apartment is an addition to the existing Landmark Apartment project located at the corner of Prospect and Shields in Fort Collins. The 68 units are a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Located adjacent to the historic Sheely Neighborhood, the architecture had to be compatible with the existing mid-century modern style of the surrounding homes.
