Infusion Architects today announced that the team behind Allred & Associates has joined the firm. The move brings Allred’s people, its fire station design portfolio, and its client relationships under the Infusion umbrella.
Allred & Associates spent decades on one of the more demanding corners of architecture: fire stations. These are buildings with their own codes, their own response-time logic, and the round-the-clock reality of being both a workplace and a home for the crews inside. The Allred team honed their skills and earned the trust of the chiefs and firefighters they built with.
We are not claiming to have mastered fire station design overnight. We are doing the opposite – slowing down learning it right, directly alongside the team that has spent decades mastering it.
To the departments and chiefs who have worked with Allred: your contacts have not changed, your projects keep moving, and the people you trust are still the people doing the work.
Founder Brent Allred joins Infusion as an advisor. Brittany Crouch and Nathan Rooen, who led much of Allred’s recent fire station work, join the Infusion team as full members and remain the day-to-day leads on those projects. Brad Bonnet joins as an advisor as well.

“My clients have never felt like just clients to me. Over the years, many have become friends, and some feel like family. So when I started thinking about what came next, the only thing that really mattered was making sure they’d continue to be well cared for and that my team would have a place where they could keep doing great work. That’s what I found with Infusion. And just to be clear – I’m not going anywhere. I’ll still be around, staying close, and making sure the people who have trusted me over the years continue to be in good hands.”

For the departments Allred has worked with, the people on the other end of the phone stay the same, and projects already underway continue without interruption.
“Brittany, Nate, Brent, and Brad built something meaningful with their clients over many years, and this works because our two teams approach the work the same way. Relationships first, then the building. Our job is to carry that forward, bring the same level of care to every project, and put more technology and resources behind the people these chiefs already know and trust. For their clients, nothing they value changes. The same people are doing the work, with a deeper team behind them.”

About Infusion Architects
Infusion Architects is a Northern Colorado architecture firm that designs commercial, healthcare, municipal, multifamily, and senior living spaces, and now fire stations and public safety facilities. The firm starts every project with the “why” behind it, working closely with clients and often with contractors early on, to deliver design that is practical, sustainable, and built around how people actually use a space. With the Allred & Associates team now on board, Infusion brings decades of specialized fire station experience to that same client-first approach. Learn more at infusionarchitects.com.
