Mountain Lion Retail is a two-story inline commercial building designed for retail, restaurant, and office use. Located in Loveland, Colorado, the facility features a mix of finished tenant spaces and flexible “gray shell” areas intended for future occupancy. The first floor is designed to accommodate multiple tenants, including a restaurant/juice bar and various retail outlets, while the second floor is planned for office use.

A primary anchor tenant is Inta Juice, a 1,500 SF juice bar featuring a drive-thru lane, a large customer lobby, and seating for approximately 24 people. The building’s architecture emphasizes environmental sensitivity through the use of sustainable materials, including wood, steel, and concrete siding. Exterior finishes include architectural wall panels, fluted metal decking, and an aluminum storefront system.
