The Prospect

Prospect Plaza is a vibrant new student housing community located steps from the CSU campus along the Lake Street academic corridor. Designed in collaboration with Infusion Architects and Holland Basham Architects, the project creates an inviting off-campus living experience that blends independence with a strong connection to campus life.

Transforming a 4.5 acre site, the development introduces contemporary residential living supported by intuitive wayfinding, local materials, and a pedestrian focused environment. An open ground-level activation of Lake Street features transparent edges and a welcoming courtyard that serves as the project’s front porch. The elevated site design also efficiently manages stormwater, providing important flood protection for the area.

Along the southern edge of campus, generously glazed lounges glow in the evening, creating warm, beacon like spaces that signal arrival and reinforce a sense of community. Prospect Plaza is designed to support student well-being, comfort, and connection, which is an essential addition to the growing CSU campus experience.
